Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F (288°C).
Step 2
In a large bowl, add diced red onion, bell pepper, and chicken meatballs. Drizzle with olive oil and the seasonings.
Step 3
Drizzle your BBQ sauce, using however much you prefer.
Step 4
Place everything on a cookie sheet and bake for about 30 minutes.
Step 5
Serve over rice and top with green onions.
