Instructions
Step 1
Mix Milk, Honey, Cinnamon and Salt in a saucepan and bring to a light boil.
Step 2
While you wait for the milk to boil, peel and smash banana.
Step 3
When the milk starts to boil, add the oats and the smashed banana and mix frequently.
Step 4
Once the milk has been absorbed, place oats into a bowl, add fruit if desired, (I enjoy diced and pealed peaches) and enjoy.
