Instructions
Step 1

Heat olive oil in skillet; season chicken with spices listed, cook chicken 4-5 min per side until golden and cooked through. Remove.
Step 2

In the same pan, sauté mushrooms for 3 min or until desired texture. Add garlic, sauté until fragrant.
Step 3

Stir in broth to deglaze the brown bits on the bottom of the pan. Add cream, and Parmesan; simmer until thickened. Taste and add seasoning as needed.
Step 4

Return chicken to skillet, coat in sauce, garnish with optional cracked black pepper, parsley, or fresh Parmesan.
Step 5

Serve with mashed potatoes, rice, pasta, or garlic bread.
