1.5 lbschicken breast
For the Crispy Chicken
5 ½ cupscornflakes
cut into strips
½ cuppanko breadcrumbs
½ cupparmesan cheese
1 tspgarlic powder
1 tspsmoked paprika
½ tspsalt
2 tspblack pepper
For the Salad

Step 1
1. Prep the Chicken Coating: Crush cornflakes into small crumbs. Mix with panko, parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
2.Bread the Chicken: Dip chicken strips into beaten eggs, then coat thoroughly in the cornflake-panko mixture. d @SU
3.Cook the Chicken: Place coated chicken strips on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake at 400°F for 18-22 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy. (Air fryer option: 375°F for 12-15 minutes).
4.Assemble the Salad: In a large bowl, toss chopped romaine with Caesar dressing. Add croutons if desired.
5.Plate and Finish: Place crispy chicken strips on top of the salad. Sprinkle with shaved parmesan before serving.
