Instructions

Step 1
Steam the potatoes whole until fork-tender (20 mins).
Step 2
If they're quite large, chop the potatoes into 2-inch pieces. Then smash each piece using a glass on a baking sheet with paper, brush with olive oil and season with salt & pepper, and roast them at 210°C for 20 mins.
Step 3
Combine everything else and chuck in the potatoes.
