Instructions
Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, mix together the warm milk, sugar, and salt.
Step 2
Add the yeast to the warm water and mix until thoroughly dissolved.
Step 3
Add the yeast and water mixture to the large mixing bowl, stir to mix.
Step 4
Stir in the eggs and butter.
Step 5
Stir in 4 cups of flour until smooth
Step 6
Slowly add the remaining 3 cups of flour until the dough becomes stiff
Step 7
Knead the dough about 6-8 minutes. Can add an additional .5 cups of flour, if necessary.
Step 8
Turn the dough out into a lightly greased glass bowl. Cover and let rise
Step 9
When the dough has doubled in size, punch it down, cover and let it rise again.
Step 10
When the dough has doubled a second time, form into rolls about the size of a large plum. Place the rolls onto a lightly greased baking pan.
Step 11
Pre-heat the oven to 400°F while you let the rolls rise (15-20 minutes)
Step 12
Bake at 400°F for 12-20 minutes, until nicely browned.
