Prepare the Marinade: In a large bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, smoked paprika, parsley, black pepper, and salt.

Marinate the Chicken: Add the ground chicken to the marinade, ensuring it's well-mixed. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

Prepare the Loaf: Preheat your air fryer to 180°C (350°F). Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

Shape and Cook: Place the marinated chicken mixture into the air fryer basket, pressing it down to evenly shape it. Cook the chicken loaf in the air fryer for about 30-35 minutes, flipping it halfway through the cooking process. The internal temperature should reach 75°C (165°F) to ensure it's fully cooked.

Rest and Serve: Let the loaf rest for about 10 minutes before slicing it. Slice the loaf into desired portions.
