Dough
1 cupmilk
warm, 110 degrees
2 ¼ tspactive dry yeast
⅓ cupsalted butter
melted and cooled
½ cupsugar
2eggs
room temperature
1 tspsalt
4 cupsbread flour

Instructions
Step 1
Mix warm milk and yeast in large mixing bowl. Let sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
Step 2
Add butter, sugar, eggs, salt and bread flour and mix with paddle attachment until mixed thoroughly. It will be slightly crumbly but cohesive.
Step 3
Let sit for 5 minutes to allow all of the moisture to soak up.
Step 4
Switch to the dough hook and knead on low speed for about 5 minutes until the dough is smooth and stretchy.
Step 5
Oil the bowl and let dough rest, covered, for about an hour until doubled in size.
Step 6
Make the filling by mixing the softened butter, cinnamon and brown sugar together until we'll mixed.
Step 7
When the dough has risen, lightly flour a smooth surface and roll the dough out into a large rectangle, about 12" x 16".
Step 8
Spread filling out evenly and roll tightly width-wise. Cut into 12 rolls.
Step 9
Place swirl side up into buttered 9x13 dish. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cover rolls and let rest about 20-30 mins until doubled in size.
Step 10
Before putting the rolls in the oven, pour over 1/2 cup heavy cream. Bake for 25 minutes.
Step 11
While the rolls bake make the frosting. Beat cream cheese and butter together until smooth and fluffy. Add remaining ingredients and mix until smooth.
Step 12
When the rolls have cooled slightly frost and enjoy!!
