Instructions

1. Blend the base

Add milk, yoghurt, protein powder, vanilla, salt, and xanthan gum to a blender.

Blend until fully smooth and slightly airy.

Pour into your Ninja Creami pint and freeze for at least 24 hours.

Run the frozen pint under hot water for 60 seconds to loosen.

Use the Lite Ice Cream setting. Respin once if needed for silky texture.
