Step 1
In a large bowl mix bran and water. Let cool. Add eggs, buttermilk, oil and fruit. Mix dry ingredients together then add in. Keeps well in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. Bake as needed in 425F oven for about 20 minutes in a greased cupcake sheet.
