Instructions

Step 1
In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until smooth.
Step 2
While the butter and sugar are creaming combine flour cocoa soda and salt in a separate bowl.
Step 3
Beat in eggs and vanilla to the creamed butter and sugar.
Step 4
Gradually add the dry ingredients.
Step 5
Drop 2 in apart on a cooking sheet and place in the refrigerator for 10 minutes before baking.
Step 6
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes at 350° until set. Get a mason jar ring as soon as they come out and swirl in shape them before letting them cool for 2 minutes before transferring them to cool completely, or you could just let them continue to cool. I just don't want the bottoms to get hard.
Step 7
Make the Betty crocker homestyle fluffy white frosting according to the box directions. And put between two cookies to make sandwiches.
