Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°F
Step 2
In a large bowl mix together all potatoes, olive oil and seasonings and put on lined baking sheet
Step 3
Mix together ingredients for chicken marinade and then spread on chicken thighs. Place chicken thighs on top of veggies and bake for 40 minutes
Step 4
When there’s 20-25 minutes left add in rest of veggies seasoned
Step 5
While chicken and veggies are baking, in a small pot add in butter and melt down, then add in garlic and seasonings and combine until fragrant and slightly toasted
Step 6
When sheet is done with cooking pour the butter mixture over chicken and serve
