Instructions

Step 1
Black Soybean Milk 200g dried beans yield 1.4 to 1.5 L soymilk 1. Soak the dried beans withbwater for 6 - 8hrs 2. Rinse and blend the beans with water (Ratio 1 c soybean : 1c water) *200g dried soybean = 380 ~400g soaked soybean = 1520 ~ 1600ml water 3. Filter the blended soybean with cheesecloth. (Blend the beans 2x) 4. Cook it on med~high heat until its boiling (keep stirring to avoid scorching at the bottom) 5. Continue to cook the mild with low heat for another 15 minutes. Black Soy Black Sesame Drink 1. Blend the roasted black sesame seeds 2. Add in the walnut and jujube, and blend it together with the sesame 3. Meanwhile, cook the oats with hot water (water depends till the oat entirely soak with it) 4. Blend in the oats and ground black sesame seeds,walnuts n jujube together. (May wanted to add water while blending the oats) 5. Mix the blended liquid with black soybean milk. Serve it as cold or warm drink. Enjoy! *but dont blend it while the oat/soybean milk still hot
