Step 1
Beat an egg in a small bowl, set aside.
Step 2
In a soup pot over medium-high heat, add cream corn.

Add water, chicken stock powder, salt, pepper, sugar and simmer.

In a small bowl, add 2 tsp potato starch and 4 tsp water, and mix well.
Step 5
Pour potato starch water, and stir the soup.
Step 6
Pour egg to the soup, sesame oil, and stir gently.
Step 7
Serve with chopped parsley on top.
