Step 1
Heat oil in Dutch oven. Sauté onion, celery, carrots, and peppers with a small pinch of salt until translucent. Add beef and sauté until browned. Stir in bouillon and seasoning blend. Add broth, water, potatoes and your grain of choice; bring to a boil. Simmer until potatoes are tender and grain is fully cooked (time will vary by grain). Add tomatoes and mixed vegetables. Bring back to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
