Ingredients
6 servings
500gbeef mince
200gsausage mince
1 ½ cupsParmesan cheese
grated
1 cupfresh parsley
chopped
1 x 40gTomato & Onion Sausages dry recipe base
1zucchini
grated
1carrot
grated
800gcan crushed tomatoes
½ cupfresh basil
Instructions
Step 1
1. Mix together beef mince, sausage mince, Parmesan cheese, parsley, McCORMCK Slow Cookers Tomato & Onion Sausages sachet, zucchini and carrot then roll into 12 meatballs Fry meatballs in a hot pan to brown and seal.
Step 2
2. Place into the slow cooker dish.
Step 3
3. Pour the crushed tomatoes over the meatballs and cook on HIGH for 4 hours
Step 4
4. Stir in basil to serve. Makes 12 large meatballs
