Instructions
Step 1
Wash potatoes, poke with a fork all over, put on a plate and microwave for 10-12 minutes. Flip half way through.
Step 2
Melt butter and add seasonings. Dice potatoes, put into a bowl or gallon baggie, pour butter mixture over potatoes. Mix until they’re covered all offer.
Step 3
Pour onto air fryer tray, cook at 400 for 15-20 minutes or until crispy. Shake or stir half way through.
