Salted Butter Peanut Butter Chip Cookies
6 steps
Prep:40minCook:13min
Thick, bakery-style peanut butter cookies with golden edges, soft chewy centers, and melty peanut butter chips in every bite. Each 50 g cookie is rich, salty-sweet, and deeply nutty — finished with a kiss of flaky sea salt that makes them irresistibly addictive.

Instructions
Step 1
Cream butter and sugars for 2–3 minutes until light and fluffy, then beat in egg, peanut butter, and vanilla until smooth.
Step 2
Whisk dry ingredients in a separate bowl, add to wet ingredients, and mix just until combined.
Step 3
Fold in peanut butter chips (or half peanut butter chips and half mini chocolate chips for a Reese’s effect).
Step 4
Chill dough for 30 minutes for thicker, chewier cookies.
Step 5
Scoop dough into 50 g balls, press gently with a fork in a crisscross pattern, and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 12–14 minutes, until edges are golden and centers soft.
Step 6
Sprinkle lightly with flaky salt while still warm, cool 5 minutes on the pan, then transfer to a rack.
