Instructions

Step 1
1.5-2lbs chicken tenderloin, cut in bite size
Step 2
“Sauté button”, heat up 2tbsp olive oil, start cooking chicken, add in chopped onion, add in 1tsp minced garlic, 1tsp salt, 1tsp pepper, 2c white rice, 2c chicken broth, 0.5c water, 1 can cream of chicken soup, bag frozen vegetables.
Step 3
Pressure cook high 6min. Add 1c. shredded cheddar.
