Instructions

Preheat oven to 160 °C

2. In a bowl, combine oats, whey protein, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.

3. Add the milk, egg. Mix until just combined.

4. Fold in chopped strawberries and half of the white chocolate chips.

5. Pour into two small oven-safe ramekins or one medium baking dish.

6. Sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips and flaked almonds on top.

7. Bake for 20 minutes, or until golden and just set in the center.

8. Cool slightly and enjoy warm with a dollop of Greek-style yoghurt.
