Instructions

Step 1
2. In a bowl, combine oats, chia seeds, whey protein, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.

3. Add the milk, egg. Mix until just combined.

4. Fold in chopped strawberries and half of the white chocolate chips.

5. Pour into two small oven-safe ramekins or one medium baking dish.

6. Sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips and flaked almonds and strawberries on top.

7. Bake in air fryer at 180 degrees for 15 minutes, or until golden and just set in the center.

8. Cool slightly and enjoy warm with a dollop of Greek-style yoghurt.
