Instructions
Step 1
Put the frozen hashbrown with olive oil and seasoning into a pan, I used O’Brien potato
Put it into the oven while preheating to defrost a bit
Step 2
Cook about 1/2 pack turkey bacon on the stovetop
Step 3
Cut up bacon and add it and veggies (onion, pepper, tomato) on top of hashbrown
Step 4
Scramble 6 eggs and season, pour them on top
Step 5
Cover with shredded cheese
Step 6
Bake for 20-25 mins
