Instructions
Step 1
Heat butter in a dutch oven cook onions 5 minutes.
Step 2
Stir in cornstarch and 1 cup of broth, incorporate well. Then add the rest of the broth, milk, seasonings, and broccoli. Cook for 10 minutes on medium low.
Step 3
Using an immersion blender pulse broccoli to desired consistency.
Step 4
Turn off heat stir in cheese.
Step 5
Serve with baguette. Top with more cheese.
