Instructions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Step 2
Unroll the crescent roll dough and line the bottom of a baking dish with half of the dough, pressing seams together to seal.
Step 3
In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, chia seeds, and lemon zest. Mix until smooth.
Step 4
Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crescent roll layer in the baking dish.
Step 5
Evenly distribute the mixed berries over the cream cheese layer.
Step 6
Cover the filling with the remaining crescent roll dough, stretching and sealing the edges to enclose the filling.
Step 7
Brush the top with melted coconut oil for a golden finish.
Step 8
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
Step 9
Allow to cool before slicing and serving.
