Lemon Créme Gummies
My Lemon Créme Gummies are one of my favourite
snacks, they're;

INGREDIENTS
🍋 1/2 cup lemon juice
🍋 Zest of 3 lemons
🍋 2 Tbsp organic gelatin powder
🍋 3-5 Tbsp sweetener of your choice
🍋 150g (ish) unsalted butter, cubed
🍋 2 egg yolks + 3 eggs

Instructions
Step 1
1. Insert butterfly whisk into your thermomixaus, then add all the ingredients in, close the lid.
Step 2
2. Speed 2, 10 minutes, 80 degrees. Turn up to Speed 5 in the last few minutes.
Step 3
3. Pour through a sieve to remove any lumps.
Step 4
4. Once strained, pour into moulds or into a prelined container.
Step 5
5. Slice and savour each bite!
