Lemon Créme Gummies

My Lemon Créme Gummies are one of my favourite snacks, they're;⁣⁣ ✔️ INGREDIENTS⁣⁣ 🍋 1/2 cup lemon juice⁣⁣ 🍋 Zest of 3 lemons⁣⁣ 🍋 2 Tbsp organic gelatin powder⁣⁣ 🍋 3-5 Tbsp sweetener of your choice⁣⁣ 🍋 150g (ish) unsalted butter, cubed⁣⁣ 🍋 2 egg yolks + 3 eggs⁣⁣ ⁣ ⁣⁣ You can find the (non thermomix) stove top version of this recipe in my eBook 'Just Desserts' // 🍋

Instructions

Step 1
1. Insert butterfly whisk into your thermomixaus, then add all the ingredients in, close the lid.⁣⁣
Step 2
2. Speed 2, 10 minutes, 80 degrees. Turn up to Speed 5 in the last few minutes.⁣⁣
Step 3
3. Pour through a sieve to remove any lumps.⁣⁣
Step 4
4. Once strained, pour into moulds or into a prelined container.⁣⁣
Step 5
5. Slice and savour each bite!⁣⁣
