Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 425F and slice the baguette in half through the center like you would for a sandwich; place on a baking sheet cut side up (you can also cut down the middle to create 4 pieces if it won't fit on your baking sheet)
Step 2
Mix together the butter, garlic and parsley and spread it onto the cut side of the bread in one even layer
Step 3
Bake for 9-12 minutes or until the edges of the bread are golden brown and crisped; cut in pieces and enjoy immediately while hot
