Instructions
Step 1

In a sauce pan put on a low heat and whisk constantly until it thickens When the paste starts to become slightly solid, take off the stove and let it rest for a bit
Step 2
In another bowl, mix the 60ml milk at 37 degrees celsius with 7gr active dry yeast and 7gr sugar and let it rest for a while until yeast become active.
Step 3
In your stand mixer, combine the flour, surgar and salt and mix quickly to combine.
Step 4
Add the milk and yeast mixture to your stand mixer bit by bit to incorporate nicely. Then add your milk paste to the mix
Step 5
Add your one egg and and egg yolk
Step 6
Add the oil when eggs are fully incorporated
Step 7
Take the dough out of the stand mixer and shape into a big ball. Add a bit of oil to your bowl, add your dough, cover with a wet cloth and let it rest for about 1 hour until it doubled in size.
Step 8
Divide your dough into 6 balls of roughly 108 gr each. Shape them into nice rounded balls, and put them on a baking tray with parchment, cover with a cloth and let it rest for about 1-2 hours depending on your room temperature
Step 9
Bake for about 30 min or until golden brown at 190 Degrees Celsisus
