Instructions

In a bowl, add bread flour, salt, sugar and mix thoroughly With whisk

Step 2
Add Luke warm whole milk at 95 Fahrenheit, Add yeast and milk and leave to sit for 10mins covered with cloth

Brioche Dough
Step 3
With dry ingredients, add your yeast mix in a Mixer for 20mins then followed by 1 egg and 2 egg yolks.

After mixed add your melted butter and mix for 4mins and slowly add teaspoons of bread flour in the mixer untill formed into a slightly firm consistency

After dough is formed add to a lightly greased bowl and leave for 1hr to rest in a warm temperature or 60 Fahrenheit oven covered with Damp cloth
Making the Brioche Bun
Step 6
Lightly dust a surface counter then cut dough int 90gram increments and start shaping into balls.
Step 7
Garnish with sesame Seeds and Maldon salt & Grease parchments paper on oven tray and add brioche dough balls in oven at 190 degrees on fan for 20mins.
