Instructions

Step 1
Mix together the milk, fresh yeast, sugar, eggs, flour, machlep and the salt

Add the butter

Knead for 30min
Step 4
Let the dough rise 1 hour (until doubled in size)
Step 5
Divide the dough into 100g pieces
Step 6
Bread the brioche into bunnies and let them rise for another hour (until doubled in size)
Step 7
Brush with egg wash
Step 8
Bake at 190Ā°C for 30 minutes
