Ingredients
8 servings
1 poundground turkey
4 cupsbread cubes
dried, store-bought or homemade
½ cupdried cranberries
½ cupcelery
finely chopped
½ cuponion
finely chopped
½ cupchicken broth
¼ cupunsalted butter
melted
1egg
large, beaten
1 teaspoondried sage
½ teaspoondried thyme
½ teaspoongarlic powder
¼ teaspoonsalt
¼ teaspoonblack pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375ºF. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper or brush or spray with oil.
Step 2
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
Step 3
Using a meatball scoop or melon baller, scoop the mixture to form 24 - 1½ inch meatballs. The meatballs should be very moist but hold the shape when placed on the sheet pan. Place 1 inch apart on the pan.
Step 4
Bake uncovered 18-22 minutes until the center of the meatballs reaches 165ºF on a meat thermometer. Serve warm as is with mini skewers or with cranberry sauce for dipping. Add parsley for extra color!
