Instructions

Diced onion, crushed garlic, and cut bacon

Chop broccoli 🥦
Step 3
Cook bacon until crispy then set aside, leave grease in pot

Add butter, then cook onions. Cook until soft, 5 minutes. Add garlic until fragrant, about 39 seconds.

Sprinkle in flour to make a roux. Slowly stir in chicken broth, make sure to scrape any brown bits from bottom of pan.

Reduce heat to medium low, then add in milk and heavy cream

Stir in broccoli and carrots. Simmer for 15 minutes

Gradually add in cheese simmer for 5-10 minutes.
Step 10
Remove from Heat and let cool for 10 minutes before serving
