This ragù is so delicious and easy to make. I make it every week and I freeze big batches of it. You can use it as a condiment for pasta or eat it as it is with a dash of olive oil on some toasted bread.

Add the minced meat and keep stirring it, let it cook until it turns light brown

Add tomato passata, beans, salt, pepper, spices, then add a pint of water and let the ragu cook on low heat for 40-45 minutes until the water evaporates and the ragu is thick to your liking (stir occasionally and add more water if you need to)
