2 cupszucchini
chunks
2 cupscauliflower florets
1 cupbell peppers
chopped

sliced
2 cupsfresh spinach

½ tspdried basil
½ tspcrushed red pepper

Cheese
for Topping
½ cupshredded mozzarella
¼ cupgrated parmesan
Instructions
Step 1
Layer ingredients in crockpot

Add chicken breasts first

Then all veggies except spinach

Pour marinara over top

Add garlic + seasonings

Cook

LOW: 4–6 hours

HIGH: 2.5–3.5 hours

Chicken should shred easily OR stay in chunks if preferred.
