Instructions

Step 1
Blitz Frozen peppers and onions in a food processor until diced
Step 2
Brown hamburger meat with peppers and onions together
Step 3
While meat is browning mix all of the rest of the ingredients together.
Step 4
Once meat is sufficiently browned and veggies are soft, add sauce mixture and reduced to desired consistency.
