Ingredients
6 servings
2 lbsground beef
1can rotel
1can black beans
drained
1can chili beans
with liquid
1 jarsalsa
mild, medium or hot based on your flavor preference
1yellow onion
chopped
1green pepper
chopped
jalapeno peppers
diced, seeded for less heat, amount based on flavor preference
taco seasoning
Shredded cheddar cheese
optional, for topping
Sour Cream
optional, for topping
Instructions
Step 1
In a large pot, add ground beef, crumble and cook. While cooking, add in taco seasoning, onion, and green pepper.
Step 2
Once meat is cooked, add in rotel, salsa, and jalapeno peppers. Stir and sit on medium/low heat.
Step 3
When closer to serving, add beans. Stir and cover.
Step 4
Serve. Top with cheese, sour cream, and diced jalapenos.
