Instructions

Step 1
Pre-heat the oven to 180°C and grease or line a 12-hole muffin tray

2. Add the flour, cheese and broccoli to a mixing bowl and stir to combine

3. Add the eggs, milk and melted butter to a jug and whisk well
Step 4
4. Slowly pour the wet mix into the dry and mix to create a thick batter

5. Evenly fill the muffin cups, topping with some extra grated cheese, if desired
Step 6
6. Bake the muffins in the oven for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown
