LAZY CHICKEN STROGANOFF
Like many of you, I love a beef stroganoff, but one day I only had chicken and so here we are. This recipe does skip the mushrooms, but feel free to add them if you love them-I sometimes chuck some button mushrooms in whole. A perfect weeknight supper.

Step 1
1 Add everything to the slow cooker, apart from the crème fraîche. Cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-7 hours.

2 Once cooked, if the sauce is looking thin, add

1-2 tablespoons of cornflour mixed with 1 tablespoon of water to thicken the sauce and cook on high for 30 minutes, then stir in the crème fraiche.
