Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°. Grease and flour a 9x5-inch loaf pan
Step 2
Whisk flour, sugar, baking soda and salt together in a large mixing bowl, set aside
Step 3
Mix mashed bananas, yogurt, eggs, melted butter and vanilla together in a medium bowl.
Step 4
Lightly fold mixture into dry ingredients until combined and batter looks thick and chunky.
Step 5
Fold in walnuts
Step 6
Bake loaf until golden brown and toothpick comes out clean (approx 55 min)
Step 7
Cool in pan for about 5 minutes, and then transfer to a wire rack
