Instructions
Step 1
Boil Pasta. Make sure it's slightly undercooked as it will finish cooking in sauce.
Step 2
While still warm, add butter and mix until.it melts.
Step 3
Add in Cup of evaporated milk.
Step 4
Add in Cheese. Save a handful of cheese to the side to top Mac and cheese with. Also add salt to taste.
Step 5
Add egg mixture to the dish. Stir. Then add in the sour cream.
Step 6
Finish with the whole milk. Add in around 1/3 at a time.
Step 7
Bake for 30-40 minutes at 350 °F. May stir after 20 minutes for even cook.
