Step 1

Melt the butter and olive oil in a pot

Add the chopped onion and caramelize

Add the garlic and mix and cook for another minute

Meanwhile, in a bowl, take the corn off the cob with a knife

Add the corn to the pot, mix, and add the chicken bouillon, and cover to simmer for 20 minutes
Step 6

Place half of the mixture into a blender, add the milk and blend until mixed thoroughly
Step 7

Heat until bubbling hot and serve
