Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Season thick-cut pork chops with salt, pepper, and thyme.

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a tablespoon of oil. Sear the pork chops on both sides for 3 to 4 minutes until they develop a golden crust. Searing enhances the flavor and locks in juices.
