Found this on Facebook so could not import it directly. I had to input manually. So I will be editing this.

Instructions
Step 1
Cook the ground beef.
Step 2
Drain off all the grease.
Step 3
Add Taco Seasoning with Water.
Step 4
Add the Rotel, Cheese Soup, Heavy Cream. You can use the can from the soup for the Heavy Cream, and about 3/4 of the cheese. and Jalapenos. Stir well.
Step 5
Cook the Spaghetti as per packaged directions.
Step 6
Add the cooked Spaghetti. Stir well.
Step 7
Sprinkler remaining cheese over.
Step 8
Cover and cook long enough to melt cheese.
Step 9
Serve and Enjoy.
