Instructions
Step 1
Add the chicken, garlic, sundried tomatoes, oregano and chicken stock to a slow cooker. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
Step 2
Remove the chicken from the slow cooker and use two forks to shred. Add the orzo and spinach to the slow cooker and cook on high for 25 minutes until the orzo is cooked through, then stir in the crème fraiche and Parmesan cheese.
