Step 1
Make rice, add 2 tbsp of butter

Preheat oven to 400F. Season salmon with spices, 1 tsp of salt, soy sauce, Sriracha, 1 tbsp of sesame oil, and maple syrup.
Step 3
Melt remaining 2 tbsp butter, mix with 1 tbsp sesame oil, panko, sesame seeds, and some salt. Stir to combine, spread over top of salmon. Bake for 15-18 mins.
