Instructions

Step 1
Heat oil until hot, add chicken and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes. Remove from woke and set aside
Step 2
Heat remaining olive oil over med-high heat. Add onion and garlic and stir fry for 1 minutes or until aromatic. Stir in Broccoli, cauliflower, oyster sauce and 2 tblsp water. Cover and steam for 2-3 minutes or until veggies are cooked through but still crisp.
Step 3
Return chicken Ken to the woke and stir fry for a further minute. Remove from heat and sprinkle with coriander
