Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°. Lightly brush dish with butter.
Step 2
In a large bowl, beat eggs until foamy. Add all the corn, remaining butter, onion dip, and pepper.
Step 3
Stir in the muffin mix and beat until blended. Pour into baking dish.
Step 4
If using 13x9 dish: Bake in oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour. If using 9x9 dish: Bake at 325° for 1.5 hours.
