2garlic cloves

½ tspred pepper flakes
2bell peppers

1 lblean ground beef

14.5 ozfire roasted tomatoes canned
chopped
15.5 ozcan kidney beans
drained and rinsed
1 cupfrozen fire roasted corn
1 Tbshoney
1lime juiced
2avocado

Instructions
Step 1
Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onions and saute for 10 min
Step 2
Add garlic and crushed pepper. Stir. Add chopped bell pepper. Saute 5 min.
Step 3
Add meat and seasoning and cook until meat is browned - about 10-15 min
Step 4
Add tomatoes and simmer for 15 min
Step 5
Add corn and kidney beans and simmer for 5 min
Step 6
Stir in honey and lime juice.
Step 7
Serve with chopped avocado on top
