Ingredients

creme de leite, or thick yogurt
2 Tbspcream cheese
optional for extra creaminess
10 slicesham
presunto
salt
pepper
olive oil
10 slicesmozzarella
or any melty cheese
pasta
Cooked, a, per roll, spaghetti or linguine works
1 Tbspcream cheese
or Requeijão cremos, inside each roll
fresh parsley
or cilantro
10crepes
small, or tapioca/wheat pancakes, These are the wraps around the ham
Instructions
Step 1
Roast the vegetables 1. Place the tomatoes, red peppers, onion, and garlic on a baking tray. 2. Drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper. 3. Roast at 200°C / 400°F for 25–30 minutes until softened and slightly charred.
Step 2
Blend the sauce Add the roasted vegetables to a blender with: Cilantro Cream A spoon of cream cheese (optional) Salt & pepper Blend until smooth and creamy.
Set aside.
Step 3
Prepare the cannelloni rolls For each roll: 1. Lay down one small crepe/pancake. 2. Place one slice of ham on top. 3. Add one slice of cheese. 4. Place a small handful of cooked pasta in the center. 5. Add 1–2 tbsp requeijão (or cream cheese). 6. Sprinkle parsley/cilantro. 7. Roll everything tightly. Repeat for all rolls.
Step 4
Assemble 1. Pour a layer of the creamy roasted sauce in a baking dish. 2. Place the ham rolls on top. 3. Pour more sauce over the rolls until well covered.
Step 5
Bake at 180–190°C (350–375°F) for 20–25 minutes
until bubbling and slightly golden.
Step 6
Serve with White rice A simple salad Garlic bread Or eat alone — it's very filling!
