Instructions

Step 1
• 1. Toss thinly sliced cucumber with a pinch of salt; set aside to release water (keeps it crisp).
Step 2
• 2. Sear beef in hot oiled pan 4-5 min until browned. Add garlic and ginger; cook 30 sec.
Step 3
• 3. Stir in soy sauce, honey, and vinegar; simmer 1-2 min until glossy.
Step 4
Finish with sesame oil.
Step 5
• 4. Top with sesame seeds, green onion, and a few chili flakes.
Step 6
• 5. Serve with the fresh cucumber and rice on the side
