Simple Beef & Broccoli

A bit different from the traditional beef & broccoli since you used ground beef instead. Reason for this is because I like to meal prep this and I can use the lean/fat ratio of my choice. Usually i go 90/10 but no lower than 85/15. For the broccoli I like it crunchier so I don’t steam. So for you gym heads this is a great dish!

Instructions
Step 1
1. Combine all wet ingredients, corn starch, and black pepper

2. In a hot oiled pan, add garlic, shallots, and broccoli
Step 3
3. Stir fry to desired doneness, add oil as needed

4. Set aside

5. In the same pan add additional oil
Step 6
6. Add in the ground beef and cook through
Step 7
7. Add back in the broccoli stir fry and sauce blend
Step 8
8. Toss and incorporate

9. Finally plate and serve
