Instructions
Step 1
Was and dry produce. Finely chop cauliflower. Mice garlic. Chop parsley.
Step 2
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and break into small pieces. Cook for 6 to 7 minutes until browned, removing excess grease, if needed.
Step 3
Add garlic, cauliflower, oregano, paprika, salt and pepper. Stir to combine.
Step 4
Cook for another 7 to 8 minutes. Stirring, occasionally until cauliflower is golden and tender.
Step 5
Drizzle with lemon juice, stir once more and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
